Yes, we accept manual electronic fund transfers and provide this option at checkout with bank details and instructions.
Any cash deposits need to be free of bank charges.
We do not accept cash at our collection premises for security reasons, nor do we offer a credit card facility at our collection premises.

Standard domestic shipping can take up to 4 - 7 working days.
International shipping could take up to 14 business days.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual. -
Yes, we offer 2-4 working days Express Shipping (South Africa only) at a higher cost. Please select this option at checkout.

Yes, as of February 2024 we will offer worldwide shipping with DHL Express.

As a small business, we cannot fulfil orders while we're on a break. This is seasonal (usually a few weeks a year over April, Aug or Dec).
If applicable, this will be clearly communicated on the website as well as in your order confirmation email. When this happens, we fulfil only when we're back in town.
