We charge a very low shipping rate of R85 for standard deliveries, with free shipping nationwide in South Africa for orders over R1500. Shipping costs are added to your basket total at checkout. We courier to all major cities within South Africa. For outlying areas, an additional shipping surcharge may apply. 

We've also added an express option for R150 for delivery 1-4 working days from date of order. We start counting from the next working day after the date the order was placed. Please get in touch if your order is super urgent and we will advise.

Please note that during month-end and sales, we may take longer to ship. Please be patient.

Your item is flat-packed for delivery in protective packaging, or tube-rolled depending on your style board or banner chosen.

We conservatively allow 4 -7 business days for delivery of product, but will always try get your product to you sooner. We'll keep you in the loop at all times, as well as provide tracking numbers. In the unlikely event of delays out of our control, we will be sure to keep in touch as a courtesy. 

Please note that we do not ship to postal boxes, only to physical addresses. Please be sure to enter your daytime physical address at checkout.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely case that a product be defective or damaged during transit, we accept returns and will replace the product. Please ensure you check the size of the product you order so that you understand what you are getting - all sizes are clearly stipulated on the product page.

Due to the on-demand printing of the products, we unfortunately do not offer refunds.
