Choose your custom Single-sided size from three sizes, on boards or banners.
Our custom fee is included in the price - this covers costs for special artwork set-up and small-batch printing.
Choosing artwork, you have 3 options:
- Use our existing artwork, please add a note to your order which artwork you would like
- Plain Colour - please provide Pantone or hex code in the Order notes.
- Send us your own artwork. Be sure to WeTransfer the hi-resolution file to info@Flatlaystudio.co.za (no less than 300DPI) with details of your order number. We will NOT chase for artwork and lead time is dependant on you providing artwork. We will not accept emails of artwork due to the server blocking them.

Custom backdrops are backdrops that you need uniquely made for you. Whether you tell us a special design or request a different size to our standard sizes.

Our custom setup fee is included in the product price unless stated otherwise - this covers costs for special artwork set-up and small-batch printing.

Yes, however, the artwork needs to be prepared by a designer and set to 300DPI for maximum resolution.
If you are not sure it will be printable, you need to get in touch with us first.
You need to digitally deliver this artwork to us via WeTransfer due to the high file size. It cannot be sent on email.

Lead time varies depending on the artwork approval process as well as the size of the item requested. Approximately 7 - 14 days lead time, however possibly longer.

No - by default, we will wait to ship all the items together if you select Standard Shipping at checkout or utilise FREE standard shipping option.
You need to select the Express Shipping option if you want us to split your shipment. Please get in touch if this is unclear.

We charge a very low shipping rate of R85 for standard deliveries, with 4-7 days free shipping nationwide in South Africa for orders over R1000.
Express Shipping is R160 for delivery 1 - 4 working days.

Read our size guideline first, but the rule of thumb is that when you're in doubt, go bigger.
Tip: We don't stock all designs in all sizes, so start Shopping by Size instead of design to avoid disappointment.
