What size Boards do you have available?

Not all sizes are available for each design. We suggest you shop by size first to see what designs are available. You can also visit a collection page (e.g. Texture) and use the filter function on the left hand side to sort through the various sizes (Compact, Medium, Large or Banners).

In a nutshell, boards are rigid and flat and smaller in size. Banners are flexible PVC vinyl banners and are rolled on a tube.

A "Preorder" is a way for you to purchase your favourite products before we receive stock for them. This means that they do not ship immediately, and all preorder items will only ship within 3 weeks from the date of your order.

When our bestselling products are sold out, some of our products are eligible for "Preorders". If they are not eligible for preorders, they are most likely discontinued. Feel free to email us on info@flatlaystudio.co.za to find out for sure.

Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth.

STOP! Don't use alcohol-based sanitisers or household cleaners. They will damage your product. Please use 100% natural sanitisers or a damp cloth with water.

Collection time can also take 4 - 7 days if your product/s need to be made to order.

Where do you ship to?

We ship nationwide to all of South Africa to all major city centres, to your daytime physical address. Should you live in an outlying or 'hard to reach' location, please get in touch with us first on info@flatlaystudio.co.za, as your delivery might take a few days longer.

Please supply your daytime address where you know you will be during working hours from Mondays to Fridays. For standard delivery, courier companies in SA do not work on weekends and they do not ship to postal addresses. Please ensure you supply a PHYSICAL address of a location where you will most likely be during the day.

For the food stylists out there - yes, you can place food and liquid (red wine, water etc) directly onto the smaller style boards as they are quite durable and wipe clean easily. However, we suggest you refrain from highly oily substances as they might leave a residue, especially on the darker colours. Please also take extra care with beetroot and turmeric on your lighter coloured boards. 

The PVC banners (larger sizes) are waterproof and very durable. One of our customers used the PVC banner as part of a 1 year old's cake-smash photo shoot. She said the cake wiped right off of the banner without any issues :)
