Our banner size is standard 1000mm x 800mm or XL size 1.2m x 1.2m. Remember that Banners are flexible and boards are rigid. If there is no banner option in the product's drop-down, then it is not available in a banner format.

We charge a very low shipping rate of R49 for standard deliveries, with free shipping nationwide in South Africa for orders over R1000. Shipping costs are added to your basket total at checkout. We courier to all major cities within South Africa. For outlying areas, an additional shipping surcharge may apply.
Your item is flat-packed for delivery in protective packaging, or tube-rolled depending on your style board or banner chosen.
We conservatively allow 4 -7 business days for delivery of product, but will always try get your product to you sooner. We'll keep you in the loop at all times, as well as provide tracking numbers. In the unlikely event of delays out of our control, we will be sure to keep in touch as a courtesy.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely case that a product be defective or damaged during transit, we accept returns and will replace the product. Please ensure you check the size of the product you order so that you understand what you are getting - all sizes are clearly stipulated on the product page.
Due to the on-demand printing of the products, we unfortunately do not offer refunds.
